For me, great travel has never been about a particular price point, hotel category or type of holiday. It’s about understanding what you want from your time away and creating something that genuinely fits.

My Approach
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all travel or simply fitting clients into pre-packaged itineraries. Instead, I listen first and recommend second. Every journey is considered individually, whether simple or complex, and designed around what you actually need:

As your Travel Architect, I believe the best journeys begin with one person who takes the time to understand you — and stays with you from the first conversation to the moment you return home.
TRAVOLOGY is my own independent travel business, which means your holiday never becomes just another booking in a system. You deal directly with me. I get to know how you like to travel, what matters to you, what you want to spend and, just as importantly, what you don’t want.
Behind Travology sits the strength, security and global reach of an established travel network. Through my affiliation with The Global Travel Group and relationships across the wider travel industry, I have access to leading tour operators, airlines, hotels, cruise lines and specialist travel partners around the world — together with the expertise, systems and protections required to support your journey.
My connections within the luxury travel ecosystem also provide access to some of the world’s most respected travel brands and, where available, additional benefits, amenities and experiences that aren't always accessible when booking independently.
So you get the best of both worlds: the personal attention, flexibility and accountability of working directly with your own Travel Architect, backed by the reach and resources of a global travel network.

1. Initial Consultation — It starts with you.
Before I recommend anything, I listen.
We’ll talk about where you’d like to go, how you like to travel, who you’re travelling with, your budget and what you want the experience to feel like. Perhaps you already know exactly what you want, or maybe all you have is the beginning of an idea — either is absolutely fine. It’s also about understanding the details that aren't always obvious: what has worked for you before, what hasn't, your preferred pace, room requirements, departure options and the things that would make this particular journey special. This conversation gives me the foundations to start creating something that genuinely fits.
2. Tailored Proposal — Your journey begins to take shape.
This is where research, experience and industry connections come together.
I’ll carefully consider the most suitable destinations, hotels, routes and experiences for your requirements rather than simply presenting a list of generic options. Where appropriate, I’ll draw on trusted partners and specialist contacts across my global network to find opportunities that add genuine value to your journey.
Your proposal is then brought together around your priorities and refined with your input. Nothing is fixed simply because it appeared in the first version — we’ll shape it together until it feels right.
3. Booking & Planning — The details become my responsibility.
Once you’re happy, I take care of bringing everything together. Depending on your journey, that could include flights, accommodation, transfers, cruises, rail travel, car hire, experiences, event tickets, restaurant arrangements and other important details. I’ll coordinate the individual elements, keep track of the arrangements and make sure you know what you need and when you need it. Instead of juggling multiple bookings, suppliers, confirmation numbers and points of contact yourself, you have one person overseeing the bigger picture.
4. Travel & Support — I’m still here when you leave.
My involvement doesn’t stop when your holiday begins.
Before departure, I’ll make sure you have the information you need and that the important details have been considered. While you’re away, you have a direct point of contact should you need assistance — including 24-hour support when something genuinely can't wait. If plans change or the unexpected happens, you’re not left wondering who to call or trying to navigate the situation alone. And when you return home, I’m still here — because getting to know what you loved, what you might do differently next time and where you’d like to go next is all part of building a travel relationship that gets better with every journey.
HOW WE DO IT

No two people travel in quite the same way — which is why no two journeys I arrange need to look the same. From a simple week in the sunshine or a spontaneous city break to a family holiday, cruise, sporting event, luxury escape or complex multi-centre adventure, everything begins with understanding you — what you want from your time away, how you like to travel, your priorities and your budget. There is no prescribed type of Travology holiday and no minimum level of luxury. Sometimes the perfect answer is a beautifully simple package holiday; sometimes it involves several destinations, multiple flights, specialist experiences and months of detailed planning. The luxury is in having it all personally arranged and looked after for you.

When one destination simply isn't enough, I can bring together cities, islands, beaches, touring and experiences into one carefully coordinated journey. Flights, accommodation, transfers, rail journeys, internal connections and experiences can all be considered as part of the bigger picture — taking the complexity away from you.

Sometimes getting there is part of the experience. From premium cabins and unusual flight routings to rail journeys, private transfers and occasional specialist aviation, I can explore the options that best complement your itinerary.

Travel can be built around the moments you don't want to miss. From football, rugby, Formula 1, tennis and golf to concerts, theatre and other major entertainment events, I can arrange event tickets on a ticket-only basis or build the complete experience around them with travel, accommodation and additional arrangements.
Touring & Adventure
For those who want to see more, I can arrange escorted tours, private touring, self-drive adventures and specialist regional itineraries across the world — from Africa and Asia to the Americas, Australasia, Europe and beyond.
City & Weekend Breaks

Your booking is made with the appropriate financial protection in place, including ATOL protection where applicable.
